oh my gosh .... the clean bug got into me today ...or spring fever .... i cleaned and cleaned in corners and crevices and the house is spotless, dusted, mopped, organized

and i am very tired

i even started packing for our trip to the states this wednesday

juanchys stopped by. he is going to paint a wall for us - ad for the B & B and today he starts with painting the white portion of the wall. this is going to be great :)  We will use Marek's main design, I love it, and add ENGLISH SPOKEN and CALLE ERIZO NORTH END. too many tourists come into town and never even know we exist

i have to go to los angeles to renew my brazilian passport. oh what fun.

the supposedly root canaled tooth is still bothering me - have to get that taken care of thurs morning

mom's bday was yesterday. she hasnt been on email today, maybe she had a grand party !!!!!!

dalton is celebrating his bday tonite - but in reality it is tomorrow

and tomorrow is EASTER

la bocana is like a ghost town. there is no one around. no one at all. altho the coop store closed for good Friday, it opened today. two registers and no clients - says Les. honestly, they should have had the 4 day weekend like all the rest of the gang.

the EIR Mexican guy wrote me and i have to say, it sounds complicated. quite complicated. but the bottom line is, first you have a project and then they say if it is viable or not ????    i would have imagined the opposite. whatever. i have written to abreojos to see if i can get a copy of theirs. whatever they have is what i want.

now i just had a thought. i should write to the italian at Bay of LA. his project is fantastic.

marek has also decided to make a baby blog. someone suggested it and it is indeed a fantastic idea.

Nina got the diet pills ... lets see if they work for her mom !! 

today i watched a seawatch video on what has been done to the fishing or now LACK OF FISH  the way from loreto to cabo. very sad.

i also read a report on the gringo gazette about cabo that i have to admit shocked the wits out of me.  in bars like the cabo wabo, the waiters pick pocket the clients. (you must be kidding me.!!!)  no one can rent a car for the price that is quoted. it is always 3 times over.  ridiculous. and the police actually plant drugs on you if you dont pay them off. i gotta say. i never ever would have imagined such organized crime insuch a beautiful destination.  i guess there are now prostitutes downtown ???? drug dealing openly done downtown?????. i went there by myself in 2001 and i saw NONE of this. i felt safe. i walked everywhere. and more. by myself. now - i didnt go barhopping, not my style. and i was in my room at dark. smarter that way. but i saw nothing out of the ordinary. anywhere.  one guy on bajanomad says his 2 friends had thier drinks drugged in a bar and had all their money and credit cards stolen. ouch. mean. mean. mean.

situation:  i got 6 bikes for the bike club. these kids helped me clean up la bocana, washed a lot of cars on saturdays, had various meeting with me regarding this and that and the other, went to a race and won first and third places.  joaquin toold me he wanted to buy a bike for Leo. Leo has not been to any of the meeitngs. has not washed a single car, has not gone to clean up around town, did not help clear the trail for the first la bocana bike race. and joaquin is upset because i didnt "give" Leo a bike. well, i have decided not to make the same mistake as i did with the surfboards and "give" the bikes away at all. they belong to the club.  but the boys obviously get to ride them, right???? the whole point is to have them exercising and getting ready for the hard race at the end of the month in Vizcaino. Joaquin asked my donator, wonderful fantastic human person Jose, to bring his son Leo a bike. I really dont want any problems with Joaquin. he is one of my very favorite people in the world. but i dont want to "give away" any bikes.  i want them to belong to the CLUB.  and for Leo to use them , he has to participate in the club. right ??????  rhgphhhhhhhhhh

this is one situation i simply want to evaporate.  OK God ???!!!!  wisk it away, very pretty please.
