stayed upuntil midnight last night working on the surfer website - i had 2 guys mixed up. bio with the wrong picture and obviously, I had to fix it !!

went to the garage sale in front of the elementary school and heard that all the teacher's are really happy with the progress we are making towards getting the cafeteria/theater money together...united, miracles can happen. I think my calling is to inspire others with ideas ... let them know they can fly on their own ... adn be supportive until they are comfortable doing it !!  Not qute sure why I wasn't born a millionaire, I would have done soooooooooo much for the earth ... maybe in another life ??? u never know ....

one of the guys that stayed here - who lives in Mulege - got us a sweatshirt connection to print sweatshirts for the tournament. To me, that just takes the cake ...it is fantastic and I am amazed !!  I will be picking them up in SanDiego...

this is the truck i want to get for the recycling center. motor is excellent and truck is trashed...give the police another one !! give me this one ...now, if i could just convince the governor ...

then Dave finally got the OK for the letters to come back. I guess the students will be sending their pictures and the 6th grade here will have American penpals. I am hoping that the kids come here for a week - camping - let them get another very, very different slice of life. There is almost no policing of kids here - they can roam and bicycle and walk wherever and whenever they want. Even little ones feel like they can just take off to "tia or tio's house !!"...One day Celso's tiny tot walked up to our house. They were having a huge party - and they are not so close to us - and she wandered off.....andcame to our house since it is next to Linda's (her aunt's) who was not home !!  We picked her up and delivered her home. They were quite surprised ..

The students are selling the 6 huge cakes I made for them - the competition is on to see who can make the most money for the school cafeteria/theater.

I am ready for Christmas. I bought all the family gifts while in Europe. Les was not too happy and we had to mail back a huge box, but we live in the middle of nowheresville ... and all my shopping is DONE. All I have to do is wrap...think I can handle that !!
