there must be thousands of birds. some sitting on the water. some flying. some diving for fish. All different species.
our guests went to work on the canning part of the coop - Arnolfo and Chayo (Salvador). They are so nice and may sneak back to grab some breakfast with us since they had no time earlier this monring. They are half an hour late, it may turn out that they don't have time after all.
we finally got our water delivered, full tank, yahoooooooooooooooooooo. Then a couple hours later the water truck got stuck at Mirna's house. When, after an hour, I went to the water dept to get some help, the lady said she would let the other lady know about the problem. No one seemed concerned and the new Ensenada water guy kept digging the truck further and further into the sand trying to get out. I f you dont know what you are doing - it is a lost cause !! The driver had told me that someone was going for help, but after an hour of watching the charade with no one coming to save him, I took matters into my own hands. Then I saw the PIPA (water truck) at the other guys house and I told the woman who answered the door to wake up the guy from his siesta cause his buddy needed him. stopped by the copa cabana to water and eat up some time. then came to see the water pipa guy and ... the other guy drove up. as soon as i got home, guess what ???? the second pipa guy got stuck too. so I drove over to the delgacion to get the garbage truck. he came right away. they borrowed our yellow cloth rope and it broke within 3 minutes. Les gave me a thick boat rope and 5 minutes later - everyone was on their way home :)))))) a great end to hours of frustration.
