the mystery of the folding tables is solved.... i couldnt remember where they were and we were puzzled for days ,,, then finally les remembered I took them to Juan and he brought them over the border to the coop. i am young and cant remember things that just happened. if i really get wacky, no one will ever know !!

les went to punta abreojos and his blood is perfect, yahooooooo

there are waves today - tubes that are not good for surfing but fun to look at from this window

today i plan to visit the delegado and police station:

1. want to rent one of the old educational bldgs as a museum and clubhouse
2. need to see if the computer is up and running
3. need to work out a time to meet with Oralia and finish up the NGO paperwork .. time to get this ball rolling

Yesterday and the day before we took a walk up to the new house construction and I left a white trashbag with the guys for them to put their trash ... I picked up after them, amazing how 3 guys can create a mess in a week. plastic and foil and chip wrappers. yuch ... at least i got there before it was TOO messy and now they have a big bag to collect trash in.

I also picked trash up along the way - there was no traffic and very little trash up Calle Erizo. My days of no Calle Erizo trash may be over ... I am very sad about this ....

Off to go and carwash with the surfers !!  And do a garage sale at the same time ...and then we whitewashed the old plant ....well, we did it but we also whitewashed ourselves at the same time !!

major change in plans

we are on our way to san diego 2 weeks earlier
so we will see marek and sara's wedding
les will see a doctor cause he just isnt feeling perfect

wendy and buddy are going too and so we will have a family reunion

get to see mom and everyone too and get all my garage sale shopping done

I put together a retrospective poster ... good way to remember the fun and mostly to catalog the change in Bocana !!

the day has flown by but i managed to do a lot today:

Rex was sure there was something to be found ....

met with Carlos and he has contacted wildcoast about sponsoring
he has sent posters to punta abreojos, scorpion bay, and bahia asuncion c/o shari who will help publicize

He stuck his nose WAY down .. and waited ...

went to the elementary school and left tickets for the 30th luncheon event
made 2 pumpkin cakes for them to do a bake sale tomorrow

stopped by Ana Fisher's to leave some pots and she wants more

did emails

wrote an email to enrique and eduardo getting permission to paint the old plant and put up signs for the soft "inauguration" on the 31st

sharlene and steve stopped by and they will hang out with us for while - surf too  high to leave the boat on the beach and this way they have access to TV and internet and showers - they have a camper, so we will charge less than normal, good deal for all

met with armando and we are getting the invitations out for the Environmental Weekend

gave an English class at 4 and even had time to quickly clean up some trash near the baseball field

and dropped off some of the donated wart burners to the local halth clinic !!  good day I say ....

Crazy dog !!!  He was upset nothing wriggled out
