It is Les's birthday today and I did something really neat - I asked all his kids and brothers and sister as well as close friends to send him a birthday message. after all, we are far away but I am sure eveyone's thoughts are with les on this memorable day - he is turning 60 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  then I printed up all the messages and put together in a booklet

fredy's brother Oscar is a talented very talented artist and i had never met him before. well, i commissioned hom to do an etching on a gorgeous huge blue italian wine bottle we have. it came out exquisite.  this guy should be a millionaire.  and have his own gallery. just like juanchy should too.  the hotel sign juanchy made for us is absolutely fantastic too and shows his amazing talent - you see it as you come into Bocana !

we shall have a small lunch gathering today - just nacho and linda, pancho, juaquin, juanchy, yolie and fredy. menu includes chicken, hamburger, cole slaw, homemade applesauce, a huge chocolate cake, mousse and a blueberry pie

yesterday we printed up the final total for all the bike club members: a whopping 27. Imagine, three months ago we had 3 :)
