Our guests Arnufo and Salvador left. They are really nice guys and their specialty is the canneries. They set them up and maintain them. Salvador's 2 daughters became engineers (very unusual here) because their dad used to draw at the table, making his plans for the next job while eating at the dinner table. They watched him and observed his drawings and when they grew up - that was their choice of profession !! I can't remember what his one son does. Theother's kids are quite young still. They will be back next month and maybe one day with their families altho Arnuflo says his wife loves stores and might not like La Bocana..... he did tell her about t his village but he says they are opposites. He the camper and nature lover. She the city and hustle and bustle lover !!
Les and I took a walk on the beach this morning. The weather is so nice - the ocean calm. no wind at tall, the temperature somewhere in the 70's.
Nacho came over last night - some of the local news: Joaquin and Scott are in la Paz, the bus on Cindy and Mark's beachfront property belongs to a friend of Enrique's, Mirna is about to have a baby and the baby shower is this evening, Bebe or Ignacio is going to study in Ensenada, Herlinda is not moving anywhere fast - she is quite pregnant and it looks like she will be living at home, Franky is still the president of the coop and Lily is not the chefe anymore - he was voted out.
Linda has reminded me that Jaconto wants to sell his property, a 2 story house on a large lot near Dr Romero's house, for 200,000 MN$. Not a bad price - house is not worth it but the lot is big. Far from beach ...
