MY BIRTHDAY

the highlight so far has been meeting hugh and carol from disciver baja.  such a nice couple, to be married almost 29 years and to still be great friends and so enjoy each others company. and clearly get along. is a wonderful thing to be able to see. now they moved on - san ignacio and then bola and then home to Univ City

I have so many people writing on facebook and calling and skypeing .... I like this a lot.... first time with soooooooooooo many well wishers !!!  we are thinking of having the party on friday during the brazil game. i am hoping the bahia asuncion contingent will come.  they can help celebrate and make it a memorable birthday party !!!

the helmets Gene sent are amazing.  some of the boys came over yesterday. they want to make a new route. they want to go this weekend to the race. they need a driver, Les would like to take a break in driving - it is very remote where the race is...we wd have to tent it ... NOT my cup of tea.  for sure I am tooooo old for that hahahaha

walked this morning and cleaned up north end of Calle Erizo.  the trash guys came today - aleluia. who knows why they were only coming once every 2 weeks for a while :)
