exciting times in la bocana.  there are some new bikes coming in - got to get them to point loma :)  Two are coming from as far as Santa Ana. Very neat.  and yesterday I met Scott and Kim. she says she will have room for some bikes this trip down. she leaves here Tuesday for her daughter's birthday in point loma :))))

the delegado let me know that he is getting money to fix up the older school buildings and that maybe he will have a spot for me to put a museum and clubhouse. that would be very cool to have a spot for the kids to fix their bikes. a proper workshop for them. a place to have get togethers ....

and of course, a place to really collect artifacts for the museum !!!  we are so lucky to live in a town that is young. one can get the history told from day 1

tomorrow i am thinking of selling some plants here in Bocana - they are thriving - time to get some cash and free up space for new babies

the icean is a gorgeous blue color today - this morning there is not even a breeze blowing - the ocean is calm and flat

Geman's house down the road from us looks finished. i see him going back and forth a couple times a day. he put the window way way high - i personally htinkt his was a good idea. they are tiny and let in light but he certainly does not have to worry about any one every breaking in. his house is very remote in that there is no one down there. it is after kenny's house which is not lived in ......

a man named Luis Carlos came to visit me - he has 2 houses for sale: one is his .. a simple typical fisherman's house and he is selling it for $10,000.  i loved his house. got a good feel to it. nice layout - feels cozy - just like the copa cabana feels cozy !!  needt ostucco and fix the bathroom bigtime, but what a fun project for someone who is not in a hurry and wants to make the hosue their own colors and style

 next door to him is the other house = the iranian's house - he is sellling it for $32,000. since it has no electricity and is not finished, seems a tad bit high.  BUT it is 2 bedroom and TWO bath. a luxury here in la bocana.  Tell me why he did not make the master a suite ??????????????????????    the right person will go in and fix it. it is a nice spot - close but not too close to the ocean.  big and spacious inside - no, make that REALLY spacious livingroom/kitchen setup. i liked it a lot
