How strange to write a different year .... first off. Les had a horrible night with fever and chills and the doc says this is normal. I hate to imagine what an abnormal reaction would be like !!  from 3 on, we did not sleep, he tossed and turned and graoned. I kept getting him to drink water and take meds.  Needless to say, we asked the kids not to come over to visit today. tomorrow should be a better day.  Then around 11 he felt better and gave me the go-ahead to run my errands.

HARV DONATES NEW BOOGIE BOARD..

Met with Maile from Pan American Surfing wo gave me a ton of information.  And who will donate stickers (always a hit) and a wetsuit !!!!  I now feel ready to face the competition.  I got fins for the boards thru OB Surf and Skate and Roger and I will meet up in February when we come back. He is so busy with the move which happens Monday.  He is moving down the street to the old cinema bldg. It is huge and he will do great there.  I ant the surf camps to come to la Bocana ...and whale watching .... and fishing .... and snorkeling .... and deep sea diving .....and kayaking ... and kite surfing .... we have tons of opportunites getting wasted

Then I did the poster size version of the fishing guests and the 2009 UNA BOCANA LIMPIA campaign.  I love the posters !!!!

All I am missing are the surfing competition posters and we are good to go. Nahhhhhhhhhhh, I am missing the Dia del Medioambinente and I had completely forgotten about it .... need to go back and see where I slipped and fix it tomorrow

Picked up the 3 surfboards and also met Marla who owns Second Hand Sports with her husband, She is very nice and they have amazing flippers and wetsuits and boards of all shapes and sizes.  I will definitely be doing business with her !! 

I also met with Harv in the midst of all this and he gave me another boogie board - almost new - mint condition !!  as well as some gorgeous cowboy boots for the garage sale .... I am so lucky !!
