and went to Starbucks - great latte
drove over the border and at secondary, they looked in the coolers and not in the suitcases, fast and easy. The main problem was that today was Revolution day in Mexico and there were parades everywhere !! It took us 2 hours in various towns to drive around or wait ....urgh
then Les reminded me that we had people coming to the house....well, I stopped on the way and called Linda to make sure she left the door open ... good idea cause when we got home there was a houseful of people !!! 15 !!! and lots lots lots of dogs !!!!
All are set for fishing after I called Valentin
PEGGY, MONICA, ANA and dogs dogs dogs .....Peggy owns a home in Punta Chivato. She's going to see it Sunday. Along with kids and grandkids and friends
John and Ana ready to roll with Monica, who really lookd ready to attack Baja in a big wy ... water and juice and snacks. 20 min later they were back and headed to the beach right in front of us. In front of the car, you can see John's collection of "whale bones" and shells. This may be a future microbiologist. All the kids are nota 10 as we say in Portuguese. They are smart and respectful. I am glad to have them here. Sparks of major energy.
Secret: Later on Ms Monica got herself stuck in the sand. Neighbor Gary sved the day by driving down in his quad and somehow driving the car out of the sand.....the kids ran from the beach and said mom was upset cause the tide was rising .... little did she know, it just goes right back down again afterwards and you cans till get the car out. But that doesn't take into accont mad husbands......
Peggy is one of thenicest moms/grandmas/mother-in-laws I have ever seen. She bought T-shirts for all the kids and grandkids and even gave an extra $10 towards the clena up project !! Thank God for thankful Peggies who come thru our lives ..............................................................................................................
